She is adept at initiating section 45 cancellation proceedings, attending to renewals, and managing the Nice Classification of goods and services. Karen also navigates the intricacies of international trademark applications and handles assignments of trademarks, recordal of owner’s change of name and/or address.

In the realm of intellectual property searches, Karen conducts thorough trademark searches using Clarivate, Corsearch, and Haloo, along with IP searches using government databases such as CIPO, USPTO, and OHIM/EU.
