Prerana Gaur is an intellectual property lawyer based in Toronto. She advises corporate clients and individuals in protecting and enforcing their intellectual property rights with a focus on trademarks and copyrights.

Prerana’s experience in the legal profession started in India. For the past 5 years she practiced intellectual property law in New Delhi before continuing her professional journey and serving clients as a Canadian lawyer.

Intellectual property has always fascinated Prerana from the early days of her education; she has seen firsthand how IP brings ventures and people together across the globe and must be managed from this perspective. For Prerana, the constant evolution of various creative industries is what makes the practice of intellectual property law interesting and keeps lawyers that relish a challenge like her on their toes.
