Avram is an integral part of the firm’s corporate practice. Clients can count on his years of transactional corporate experience preparing, reviewing, and negotiating agreements crucial to their corporate health. Avram is a trusted advisor to those ready to explore and expand their business venture and regularly assists with commercial, corporate, start-up, and franchising issues related to development, governance, and management.
While in law school, Avram was the president of a student-run management consulting group assisting charities and NFPs and a volunteer at the university’s commercial legal clinic, which provided small businesses with guidance and advice. He is also a member of the OBA, serving as the Public Affairs Liaison for the Business Law Section.
Avram enjoys cooking, geeking out, surfing, rock climbing, and travelling when he’s not working. He also volunteers with an affordable housing committee in the Eglington West and Oakwood/Vaughn area. He most recently finished his term on the board of directors for the Holy Blossom Temple.
